  • Q: Who will do my cleaning?

    A: We will allocate an appropriate number of cleaning specialists depending on the size and complexity of the job. All our cleaning professionals are covered by insurance.

  • Q: When can I have my cleaning done?

    A: Domestic cleans are usually done between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you require Saturday cleans please still contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. We provide weekly, fortnightly, monthly and one off cleans. We offer the flexibility you need.

    Commercial cleans can be done in or out of office hours.

  • Q: Do I need to provide any cleaning products or equipment?

    A: No these are provided by Man Friday. If you require us to use your cleaning equipment or products we would have to make sure they do not breach health and safety requirements.

  • Q: How much will it cost?

    A: The cost will dependent on your individual requirements. We do not charge by the hour. A fixed rate is given for the price of the job.

  • Q: Who is responsible for the keys to my premises?

    A: The keys for every property are returned to the Operations Manager after the end of each shift. At this point they are kept in an electronic security device until they are required again.

  • Q: Are our staff DBS checked?

    A: We DBS our staff as and when our clients require it.
